Inspired by the film\'s dazzling spectacle and incomparable characters, every detail in this collection is a ghoulish delight. Nestled within the 4-foot-long, midnight-black garland that arrives with Issue Four, each fully sculpted building and creepy character figurine is meticulously handcrafted and then decorated with special, hand-applied blacklight paint. With the flip of a switch on the 12-inch blacklight included with Issue Four, Halloween Town comes to undead life in a ghoulish array of vibrant, glowing colours. Plus, rich velveteen bows, colourful jack-o\'-lanterns and an abundance of glowing lights add the perfect finishing touches.
